Whether you need a single document notarized or a complete estate planning package executed, Steadfast Legacy Solutions provides professional mobile notary services at your home, office, hospital, care facility, or other agreed-upon location. Pricing Individual Documents: $15 per notarization Trust & Estate Packages: Starting at $150 - $250+ Package pricing varies based on the number of documents, number of signers, travel requirements, appointment duration, and any additional services requested. Additional Fees May Apply For: Travel outside Fresno City Limits Courier or FedEx document delivery After-hours appointments Multiple signers Large estate planning packages Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments and will be applied toward the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment equivalent to the quoted service amount may be required to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit collected will be equivalent to the mobile travel fee and will be applied toward the final balance due at the completion of services. Complimentary telephonic consultations are excluded. Deposit fees and payments will be collected electronically at the time of scheduling.**Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the appointment, or failure to appear. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of all payments made.*Additional fees may apply depending on travel distance, printing requirements, scanbacks, wait time, after-hours appointments, hospital or jail visits, and special accommodations requested. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these deposit and scheduling terms.
