Notarial fees are regulated by the state of California. Each line item (signature) or notarial act is priced at $15. Travel fee is not included.

Base Fees
- $125 – Weekday Appointments

Important Information
Facility policies and procedures vary and may affect appointment availability, processing times, and inmate access. Clients are responsible for confirming that the inmate is available and eligible for visitation prior to scheduling. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all detention center appointments.

Facility Fees

- $100 – Madera & Kern County Medical Facilities
The facility fee covers the additional time, coordination, and specialized requirements associated with hospital, rehabilitation center, nursing home, assisted living, and long-term care facility appointments.

- $15 per notarized signature
- Travel fees may apply depending on facility location
Travel Fees
Mileage is based on the signer’s address and calculated round trip from the previous appointment or the notary’s location.

Deposit Requirement Disclaimer:
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full amount equivalent to the initial quote will be required and collected to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit will be equivalent to the travel fee and will be applied towards the final payment. Deposit fees will be collected electronically. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent changes or cancellations to the appointment. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these deposit terms.
