Service Fees: Reverse Mortgage: Starting at $300 Commercial Purchase: Starting at $250 Refinance: Starting at $225 Seller Package: Starting at $155 Purchase Closing: Starting at $200 Pricing may vary based on document size, printing requirements, scanbacks, travel, and additional services requested. Booking Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in person at the time of service. Final pricing may vary depending on document size, travel distance, scheduling requirements, and other transaction-specific factors. Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment equivalent to the quoted service amount may be required to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit collected will be equivalent to the mobile travel fee and will be applied toward the final balance due at the completion of services. Complimentary telephonic consultations are excluded. Deposit fees and payments will be collected electronically at the time of scheduling.**Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the appointment, or failure to appear. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of all payments made.*Additional fees may apply depending on travel distance, printing requirements, scanbacks, wait time, after-hours appointments, hospital or jail visits, and special accommodations requested.
