Acknowledgment — $15 per signature acknowledged Jurat (Oath or Affirmation) — $15 per signature notarized Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness — $15 per signature Certified Copy of Power of Attorney — $15 per certified copy Mobile travel and convenience fees are separate from notarization fees. Fresno City Limits: Starting at $55 Outside Fresno City Limits: $55 base fee plus $2 per additional mile Hospital, Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, and Jail Appointments: Additional fees may apply depending on facility requirements, travel distance, wait times, and appointment complexity. Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment equivalent to the quoted service amount may be required to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit collected will be equivalent to the mobile travel fee and will be applied toward the final balance due at the completion of services. Complimentary telephonic consultations are excluded. Deposit fees and payments will be collected electronically at the time of scheduling.**Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the appointment, or failure to appear. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of all payments made.*Additional fees may apply depending on travel distance, printing requirements, scanbacks, wait time, after-hours appointments, hospital or jail visits, and special accommodations requested. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these deposit and scheduling terms.
