Professional mobile notary services available for attorneys, legal professionals, court reporting agencies, and legal proceedings throughout Fresno County. Services may include: Depositions Oaths & affirmations Deposition certificates Affidavits Jurats Acknowledgments Trust and estate documents Depositions $30 per deposition (State regulated fee) Deposition Oath $7 per oath administered (State regulated fee) Deposition Certificate $7 per certificate (State regulated fee) Mobile Legal Support / Appearance Fee Starting at $75 within Fresno City Limits Additional mileage outside Fresno City Limits Additional fees may apply for: Wait time After-hours appointments Printing Scanbacks Extended proceedings Rush requests Additional fees may apply depending on the assignment.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment equivalent to the quoted service amount may be required to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit collected will be equivalent to the mobile travel fee and will be applied toward the final balance due at the completion of services. Complimentary telephonic consultations are excluded. Deposit fees and payments will be collected electronically at the time of scheduling.**Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the appointment, or failure to appear. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of all payments made.*Additional fees may apply depending on travel distance, printing requirements, scanbacks, wait time, after-hours appointments, hospital or jail visits, and special accommodations requested.
