Service Description
Steadfast Legacy Solutions provides mobile notary services at detention facilities and correctional institutions. Due to facility regulations and security procedures, additional requirements apply to these appointments. Weekday Base Fee: $125 Weekend Base Fee: $175 Included: Travel within Fresno County Appointment coordination Facility check-in procedures Waiting time associated with facility access Additional Fees: $15 per notarized signature Travel outside Fresno County After-hours requests Courier or document delivery services
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment equivalent to the quoted service amount may be required to confirm the appointment. Generally, the deposit collected will be equivalent to the mobile travel fee and will be applied toward the final balance due at the completion of services. Complimentary telephonic consultations are excluded. Deposit fees and payments will be collected electronically at the time of scheduling.**Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, changes to the appointment, or failure to appear. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of all payments made.*Additional fees may apply depending on travel distance, printing requirements, scanbacks, wait time, after-hours appointments, hospital or jail visits, and special accommodations requested. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these deposit and scheduling terms.
